In Lithium Erik van der Weijde once again turns the camera on his, now teenage, son. The photographs were taken between 2018 and 2019, their last year together in Brazil, the sons home country, and their first year after moving to Europe. Transitions and the gap between expectations and reality left their mark on this period.
