Maya Strobbe

The bad ideas published in this book were collected on several occasions in 2020 and 2021: during the exhibition ∞unendlich∞ organized by FAIL on the town’s square of Thallwitz, the exhibition Appointment X in @gfzk.leipzig and as a part of FAIL’s collaboration with the Regis-Breitingen juvenile detention center, a youth prison facility.
I am beyond excited to finally be able to share all the bad ideas we collected from all these wonderful people.

« It’s a book showing my collection of stickers. I’ve been collecting stickers since 2015 and first made this book in 2019 as a single copy by duplicating my entire sticker collection using my old black and white laserjet. Reproducing the collection in black and white really emphasizes the grid patterns. Love it. »  Maya Strobbe

« A leporello book that unfolds into a ~160 cm rainbow of little round stickers, all collected from big and small stores throughout the years. Every sticker is meticulously placed by hand.
